Unless my maths is very bad, that means I spent more than 7 weeks every year, doing nothing else but smoking (and sometimes driving or watching tv) but not really doing much else! Which over a 22 year period that i smoked, I actually wasted 3 years of my life doing nothing much more than 'avin a fag'

Would as well as telling me how much I smoked, and how much I spent, I would love it to total up, how much more time I had (time that would have been spent smoking. If I smoked 25 a day, and spent 10 minutes smoking each cigarette. I would have spent 4hours 15 mins every single day, just smoking. I hate to think of it, but actually i spent one whole day every single week, smoking. Work out how much time you used to waste. No wonder time goes slow at first... No wonder we feel a bit lost... more than 4 hours a day is a lot of time to make up, thats actually half my working day. How much time did you waste. What do you do with your new time? I thought the same thing. Too much time is wasted smoking and it is a shame that we do not see it until we quit.
