Ya know, I hadn't even thought about this. This is one reason I think I am going to love this site. Not only the information or idea exchange but the tools..like the graph. I do know that my emotions during the pre-menstrual time are over the edge most times. lol
I'll have to pay attention to the graph and see what it shows.
Kimm - No nicotine in this body for One Month, Twenty Four Days, 1 Hour and 13 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 2 Days and 20 Hours, by avoiding the use of 826 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me $227.60.
Yes.. my stress level increses drastically when I am premenstrual. I'm having a tough time today because of this, and I think that i'm going to have a nice relaxing bath.

Hi Jeanigirl, I have no cravings at all. Never had them. I have no idea what cravings are. Lucky? I don't know.
Hugs Fini :)

I can go a bit psycho at that time of the month. I find it helps to go to the gym - do sport, take it out on that. Also be kind to yourself, if you want to eat whatever - then do it.. just do what you need to do, to get through it, keep a diary of when you are due, so that you can keep it in perspective.
If all else fails, get into bed and hide under the duvet.

I didnt realise it until just lately. trying to relax a little more around that time.....my partner knows he cant look at me sideways lately! LOL
just got to learn to take some time out for yourself and relax a little more than usual around that time.
I have noticed that a little. I am aware of it so I just prepare.

Your body is a complex creature and many may experience this. Many members have shared that their stress level is increased pre-menstrual, which thus increase the craves.
What are you doing to combat these craves ladies?
Keep Strong,
Josie
