lmao Ericon, you are too funny :) Im actually picturing you frantically jumping rope getting more and more frustrated. You have the right attitude and beleive it or not you are doing so well. How awesome that you have got through 2 days already :) My first week of my quit i ate and ate and ate and just when i thought i couldnt eat anymore, i ate some more! I ate apples, oranges, mandarins, carrots, almonds and on the 3rd day treated myself to a small chocolate as a reward for getting to 3 days. My second week my eating had slowed down, now on week three im back to normal :) I have started my exersize regime this week so im feeling so darn good about myself. I get the occasional craving but as soon as its there its gone again, Im so excited and proud of the new me. :) Love PrincessC :) x Keep on going you have a fantastic attitude. The next time you are jumping rope and he peeps over the fence and giggles I want you to crack that jump rope across the bridge of his nose like ZORO did on the TV shows when we were kids.....oh oh oh even better if he is a smoker I want you to wait till he lights up and then crack the cigarette out from his lips! Can't do that? Don't have the cat-like reflexes of our handsome latin hero? Well I still haven't used my husbands tootbrush to clean the toilet yet eihter, but everytime he pisses me off I just close my eyes, smile and imagine doing it. Keep up the great work Ericon! You are doing so well Ericon, way to handle the tough times. Each persons quit is different but I have also had some "times" that have been more difficult for me. Mostly because it was my routine and the smoking went WITH what I was doing. Had to completely change that thinking, still happens every now and then but not as much as in the beginning. Try to stay busy and really think about why that particular time is giving to problems. Stay close, together we can do this. Ericon, I needed a good laugh this morning,Thank you. I can completely relate. My husband and dogs have given me some strange looks during my fits. I have done some maniac excersize routines...LOL And sometimes vacuum the floor with a lot of vigor and swearing. The jump rope is an exellent idea.I will have to get one. Hang in there....You can do this! I am cheering for you!
