I`m going Crazy

Hi cassy, Hope is a good thing, maybe one of the best things. Yes, stay in the moment and embrace the craving and do something else to distract your mind. But, know that in the future, it will get better. That hope has helped me get through many cravings. Good Morning, I really feel like I am going crazy. All I can think about is smoking. I feel like I could stop at the store on my way to work and just buy a pack. Why are these thoughts taking over my mind. I do everything possible to take my mind off it. I end up crying like a baby. My god I have never cried so much in my like. I dont think I can handle much more of this before I break. Can someone please help me. Cassy, you are going through withdrawals. Call it physical or emotional, you and your body are struggling to free yourself from a demon. Find something to do, a place to go, a new activity today. Don't let that demon have control over you. You can do this...you have done it for 25 days already! Cassy, Unfortunately this is normal, but it will pass :) Take some you time and relax yourself for the day! Start the day fresh and keep yourself occupied. It is okay to let it all out! Keep Strong, Josie ______________________ The SSC Support Team.
