Don't be too hard on yourself, learn from this experience and let it strengthen your quit plan! What led to your slip? How will you avoid this in the future? Were your rewarding yourself?
I must advise you to discontinue your use of the patch while smoking, you are putting yourself at risk for nicotine overdose. Why not take the patch off and use this as your time to practice and try out new strategies to fight cravings? Instead of picking up a cigarette, drink a big glass of water. If the urge passes, then you know this would be a good strategy, if not try something else next craving. This would be a great way to really determine what's best for you.
You could also start cutting down by leaving your cigarettes at home when going out or only taking a set number instead of the whole pack.
