Blah week is 3rd week. They say you may feel 'the blues' during this week. You may or you may not. If you do, you are prepared for it. So if it happens to you, just make sure you are patient with yourself and treat yourself to some rewards. Be kind to yourself. Post if you need any support and we'll give you a lift. Grace, Turn blah week into a positive. Plenty of time to relax, catch up on sleep and have some quiet time with yourself. Rewarding yourself frequently may help lift your mood. Let us know how this week goes. Danielle __________________________ The SSC Support Team

You folks are doing great. Blah week comes about because you have finnished Hell and Heck weeks and are over the hardest parts of the cravings. Now its time to deal with the "I don't know what to do with all the time on my hands" and " Is that all there is?" feelings that start occuring...it may start immediately or run into what is call the 30 day slump. It is the Now What time of your quit. When you learn to develope good habits to replace all the old triggers for a smoke. For some it can be downright depressing, for others its a breeze. Just keep on not lighting up and you will be right on track. Sterk, Heck Week was the name given by a member awhile back, it was fitting because most of the time it wasn't as bad as "Hell Week" ( week #1) but it has its moments :) Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
