Glad to hear that your weekend went well---if anything can push a person over the edge, it's family! You seem like a very strong person and bless your family for their support of your quit...and you apparently even inspired a few :) Good for you!

Whewwwwwwwww am I glad this weekend is overwith!!! Many thanks for all the support and advice given me during these past few days. I survived my crisis and being around my family without lighting up. Regardless how desparately we all get from time to time there is nothing on this earth worth giving up a quit for. I really wanted to light up but my family and friends were right there with me cheering me on to refrain from smoking. Two family members are about to try to stop as well. I feel very good about encouraging others to also stop. No way do I want to go through the hell of quitting again. I can walk up stairs now and take much deeper breaths. I'm beginning to feel better and I like that allot. I have a much better understanding of the meaning of choice and I choose to live. The guidance and support of this site has been a life saver. Thanks to all!!
