Hi Friends, You know, I've been quit now a shade over 3 years, and I excercise by walking 2 miles every morning and lot of time 2 miles in the evening's also, and eating lot more healthier foods today, But I couldn't help but notice that there are getting very few cigerette Butts laying along the roadsides anymore, maybe more and more People today are seeing the light, which is marvelous in my eyes, Gosh, I sure can reflect back a few years ago when my driveway in front of my house was just littered with cigerette butts, and had to pick them up every month, that is no more,
Most of my Friends today don't smoke, well, I take that back, My very best friend still smokes, and that being my Wife, She on average will smoke 5 cigerettes aday, But I supose smokeing One cigerette aday, and Your considered a smoker, right, But I just wondered since You have quit smokeing Yourself, whether You have seen Your neighborhood looking cleaner, I've become aware, an I like what I see, Yesterday I went to a Garage sale down the road aways, and this family had an open Carport, an had a garage sale under it, and here was a sign on the carport that read, ''No Smokeing,'' and I though that was a little weird that You couldn't smoke outside of Her house, What is this world coming to, Is it a new generation, could be, Well Friends, its just something to ponder on, You Quitters have a great weekend, Will Ya, Smokeless In Oklahoma :)
