I was just reading through this site, having gone through abit of a downer day yesterday. I was looking at what everybody was grateful for and thought it would be good for me to remember. I was reading one person's posts...and thought "oh yeah..I'm grateful for that". She was reminding me of all the great things I had in my life...and then I realized it was me (from a post on day 60! Thanks Riverdale for keeping us positive and reminding us of all the good things in our lives! I'm grateful for my partner who tells me he is proud of me. I am grateful for my friends and family that support me and are always there for me. I am grateful for my cat who is always willing to offer a friendly snuggle when I need one. I am grateful for the gym where I can burn off my anxiety and frustrations. I am grateful for my growing confidence. I am grateful for my job and the families that I work with because they make my life so fulfilling. I'm grateful that that advil that I took a couple hours ago is working. I'm grateful that I have a home, a family, food and right now, most of all, I am so grateful that I have had this room to help me get threw one he** of a week. Thanks all. Hey there Riverdale Man, I am grateful for the opportunity to be able to quit, grateful for my husband, my daughter, and my son. And I am grateful for my wee beagle Casey, and my wee bit bigger beagle Holly. And being as beagles have super high powered sense of smell, I think they are grateful that I don't smoke(even though I smoked outside), because they don't have to smell the smoke on me anymore. Now I can hug them without feeling guilty! I'd say there are three lucky beagles who aren't being subjucted to the smell of smoke! And they truly deserve it. Even though their lovely little howling sessions can be a wee bit trying at times.
