I have tried to do Zyban for around 2 years now, although admit i never bothered to take it properly this is the first time, that i am really regular and take it first thing in the morning before work, and another one as soon as i finish work.
I havent noticed it so much this time, but I know that on previous use it had made me paranoid, depressed, tearful, previously it was so bad that i stopped taking it, and unfortunately failed my quit. Oh it also caused insomnia previously and I could not sleep. But I am not getting that now (but saying that i was awake at 5am this morning, which I would never do, usually 8am), but I fell alsleep ok. But i am REALLY tired.. to be honest i think I could just lie in my bed for few weeks, relax and sleep..
My side affects are not as bad this timee. Why it is better now, I really dont know. But this quit, I am doing ok with it. I take it regularly and apart from feeling a bit of a space case and very relaxed (or too relaxed).....but if it helps me to quit smoking, and I think it will, for me it will be worth it.
