Patches- take them off at night right?

I would never sleep with one on. I saw here some do. Does it tell you to do that? I am fine without it at night, I don't even put one on till I shower, sometimes that is hours after I get up. But if I feel I need my patch, I shower faster LOL! Do you sleep with a ptach on? I did when i was on the patch - what vivid dreams. I miss those! I ended up taking it off at night because it was messing with my sleep. I'm NRT free now. Many members have advised that taking the patch off at night lessens their vivid dreams. Make sure you put it back on first thing in the morning! It may be different for all, but whatever works for you , do it! Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
