Yep last few days have been horrible. I felt really down, i wanted to smoke yesterday, it was as much as I could do not to go and buy a pack, and I didnt want to come here for help either, as threads were either disappearing or things seemed to be negative. I felt really bad and didnt feel i had anywhere to turn to. Eventually i just went to bed and told myself tomorrow was another day and how could i address things more constructively the next day.
I do feel a lot better today. My boss has given me 2 days off work, so I can get myself centred again - in my line of work i cant afford to feel down, and not together.
I work with someone who is into all of this, and often in our office there will be friction - and she will always say must be the full moon...... so maybe there is something in it.
