Anyone up for this I think it could be VERY interesting if we keep it up. Heres mine for this week You can see where I am from my quit meter and I am on patches Saturday Lunch out in Spain very sunny very happy most of the time but got very tired and miserable as my flight was not until Midnight. This was the longest waking day I have had to stop for and it did get difficult late on Sunday Arrived back from Spain at 4.00am in the morning woke up at 7.00am felt pretty rough all day but more tired than anything Monday Still tired! Rotten day all round, first day back at work ,foul temper went to bed early . Tuesday Counsellor appointment, weighed me took loads of blood tests trying to work out why I am still so up and down.Patch cut from 15mg to 10 mg.Oddly felt much better having seen her as I felt something was being done(Appointment next Tuesday) Wednesday Brilliant day no real symptoms but still went to bed early.Realised that I had not crossed off my non smoking days on the calendar for 28days(ish) wonderful feeling crossing them all off at once and realising Sept has ben completely smoke free!) Thursday Day off work lousy day cravings by mid afternoon, foul temper.NEW symptom after all this time of having no appetite since I stopped I was starving all day. Sausages for breakfast,Bacon and Onion roll mid morning,Tongue and beef for lumch, two huge slices of cake mid afternoon, liver bacon and vegetables at night.Havent eaten this much in years Friday(today) Not too bad!!! Off for a bacon roll in a minute(Still hungry perhaps this is a good sign) On the mend sticking with it If this is boring tell me and I will stop or add your own!
