Wow....I had never heard that before but then again I start my morning with a diet coke, never drank coffee, although I love the smell of it...just not the taste....ewwww....lol. Can't comment on it since I have already been doing it. I do know BF that by also doing some sort of weight training will help increase metabolism because muscle uses more then fat. In my fantasy world I would love to be able to eat as much as I wanted and whatever I wanted and not have to worry about it...but real life is what it is. I have heard that they have some great dance workout tapes, which would be something completely different then the norm, have you tried any of them or heard of anyone else using them? Hope you have a great weekend, keep up the good work. Oh BF you make me laugh, don't have those yet so I am hoping. I am just watching my clothes fitting right now because the scale is an anal thing. I love excerising right now because I can really breath when I do it, no shortness of breath....loving it. I actually loved excerising before BUT woohoo what a difference being a non-smoker makes and in such a short time. Keep going you are doing so great in being healthy and you are such an inspiration to me!!!!! That's awesome breaking free, however I am staying away from the scale right now because that has always been excuse for me and I don't want any right now. I have felt like a blimp yesterday and today and feel like I am eating non-stop, although, if I think about it I am not. I have always exercised like crazy and haven't given it up, it's a mental thing for me and I have always been crazy, even consumed with my weight. So right now no weighing but watching my clothes and what I eat, even though I don't have the will power I did right now. Thanks for posting and letting me know I will get it under control sooner or later. Keep posting I love watching you take control. By the way....you LOOK awesome!!!!! Hey BonBon! The scale can help some people and for others it doesn't. I totally understand. What is important imo is that we replace smoking with healthy things. And personally, I am determined to exercise and diet this weight off because I do not want anything negative attached to my quit. I want to feel good about myself all the way around. Now if I could just find a way to get rid of these 'quit zits'. ugh! heh!
