breaking through..
I think the celebrating makes sense..
I did work most of the day and took my younger children
and their friends to see MONSTER HOUSE!!!
I probally need to plan a better rewards system for 90 days!!
I will get out my trusty calendar and put ME in big letters!!
Aug 22 or 23!!
We just returned from "Gift Market" and a short vacation in HOT Atlanta with the children.. I am a little low on funds for the
rest of the month.
thanks for the encouraging words and kittens!!

I have a thought as to why some have cravings near the 30 day, 60 day, 90 day marks. These milestones represent celebrations, they represent a feeling of accomplishment. In the past during celebrations and feelings of accomplishment ... we smoked. I think these celebratory times can trigger smoking memories. And I think that because we are so caught up in our accomplishment we fail to make this connection. Like I said this is just a thought I think is worth examining. Being prepared is half the battle. The more we truly celebrate without smoking, the sooner those smoking memories are pushed back to the back of the closet.
Whether you are having a crave or not ... I have faith that you are not smoking Oodlechick. I know you have it in you to N.O.P.E. that crave to death.
I have really enjoyed reading your posts and think that you are such an inspiration to so many here, including me.
Congrats to you on your success. I look forward to celebrating many more milestones with you!
Fondly,
Breaking Free
