Kate - do you drink cafeine? Sodas or coffee or lots of chocolate? I don't know if it is true or not, but i read that when you smoke you process cafein faster than a non smoker and that when you quit, you end up with a cafein overdose in your system - making you have a headache or be far more nervouse than you need to be. Try cutting your cafein in half? Hey Kate, aragh day one! I had terrible headaches too when I quit (I dont now). I felt so many things, I felt like my head was going to explode. I almost believed the myth... (I would feel normal when I smoked) Just think - if quitting smoking is making you feel this bad. How bad is the smoking? You are doing well congrats on your quit! 2nd day is almost over. the headache is still here... i know it's from the lack of nicotine..i can feel it in my body, like is looking for something that i don't give it anymore. And something's kind of beating inside my head. I don't care though..the house is far from the center, need to take the car to drive and i won't destroy my nice, fresh evening for a cigarette! Nicodemon will lose again tonight! now i'm going to take a shower and feel fresh and clean once more! Maybe i will take an aspirin if it goes on so i will sleep better! it's almost 9pm in the island of Chios ready for a shower and nice dinner with my friend!! see you all tomorrow. have a good day Kate From Greece

Kate, I suffered with this early on. Believe me it will pass. I'm sure you will succeed this time. Take care...
