All I Know Is.......... I quit smoking (yea!!!!) I don't want to start back (nooooo!!!!) Thank you ALL for your support, advise, and wisdom (yea!!!!) I want to be there for those who need support, advise, and wisdom!!! This community has been amazing!! Thank you again for being there. As with any community, there will be good times and there will be trying times. The same as with my/your quit. good times/trying times. We have so much to learn from each other and so much to gain from everyone's experiences. To those that are just starting your journey, BE STRONG LEARN FROM OTHERS ON THIS SITE (there is a lot of wisdome here) ASK QUESTIONS (others may have the same question, but afraid to ask) TELL YOUR STORY (let others know they are not in this alone) BE POSITIVE (quitting can cause mood swings) DRINK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER (I get thirsty just saying that) BREATHE, SLOW AND DEEP again, THANKS for those of you that have posted, Thanks to those of you who WILL post, and congradulations to EVERYONE here for either quitting or taking a step towards your quit.
