Welcome back and congratulations on deciding to quit.
Rework the tools of the program and take some time to look back on your past quit attempts. Pull out the strategies that worked well for you and pinpoint triggers and other situations you struggled with and devise a plan to get around them this time.
Start looking at your daily routine and identify the following: why do you smoke? when do you smoke? where do you smoke? With those answers, start devising ways in which your routine can be changed to exclude smoking or to have it substituted for something else.
Ex: You smoke in the morning while drinking your morning coffee.
Your plan: You will now read the newspaper instead while drinking your coffee.
Lastly, you'll need a reward system for overcoming cravings and reaching milestones.
