I am at 46 day's and find I think about smoking less and less. But, I still have the odd craving. I'm able to get past these times by self-talk and deep breathing, how long will I feel these cravings? They are usually triggered by stress.
Thank you,
Red

Expect to have them for awhile. Just be prepared and they will get less and less attention from you and your mind. Keep the coping mechanisms at the ready. Don't let that guard down.
