Tony,
It's the best thing I've done for myself - ever. Sometimes I look at my stats and think - 130 odd days, is this really me?
Then I realise that it is the new me, the old addicted me (who is fading from memory) refused to quit for so long.
In my opinion, there was never anything enjoyable about smoking - that's the illusion of the addiction. Once you truly believe this, you are well on the way to being free.
take care
Mr Ed :)
