Day 4 done for you guys and almost done for me! We DO rock! Congrats to all of us and to all of those that are helping demonstrate that it can be done with class and dignity! Lets stay on this train ride!

Hi ya fellow 'Tober Smober! Iam completing day three, and although it was a tough day sitting in a training class all day, I hardly thought of smoking at all; not as much as when I was smoking, I kept looking at the clock, wanting to hurry up and get a smoke. It's weird, the longer you go, the less you want it! Thanks for thinking of me, too. Keep up the GREAT WORK!!! See you in the morning!

Hello to another one of my favourite new quitters! So glad Day 3 is going okay. I am supposed to be working...but thought I would just check in since I missed my SCC fix last night. Will check in tonight when I have time to sit. Take care!

Good morning everyone. This is the begining of day 3 and so far I am okay. I am looking Quitmeister, Niks, Dee, Parrott Lady and Jan58. Just want to know how my fellow quitters are doing. We share the same quit day - for the rest of you - you are so important to me, so I need to know how you are doing, also.
I ran found a small pray I used some time back and now I have it in place again. I hope it is all right to share.
GOOD MORNING, THIS IS GOD.
I WILL BE HANDLING ALL OF YOUR PROBLEMS TODAY
I WILL NOT NEED YOUR HELP
SO HAVE A GOOD DAY.
This is my way of turning my craves and other problems over to a higher power and move on with my day.
Everyone have a great day.

Congratulations on your quit. I love your attitude and turning over your quit to a higher power may just do the trick. Keep up the good work, and don't forget to reward yourself, you are worth it!!
