Perhaps you feel that this site is all about panic attacks, so the subject is not part of your comfort zone. However, this site is about getting help to work through panic attacks. Maybe make this one of your goals to find comfort in coming here? -- Anne-Marie, Site Administrator

Not sure which forum this belongs in... The more I think about various things, the more they are brought to the front of my attention, and the more I dwell on them... I had a panic attack reading the first lesson... and I had a panic attack setting up my diary... and I had a panic attack making entries etc etc... the less I think about anxiety and panic symptoms, the less I experience them. It's like thinking about them conjures them up or something. I stayed away from the site for a week and I had no panic attacks at all! But I came back tonight and bingo, there's the anxiety coming back. :( But I can't go forever 'not thinking' about them... can I? I really want to do this and to get past the panic...
