Definitely feeling better this morning, even though I feel a cold coming on. Maybe its a good thing, because I don't feel like smoking. And cold or not, I'll get my beagles(affectionately called "the girls"), out for a nice long walk. That's one good thing because "the girls" keep us walking every day. Thanks for all the support! And boy has it been a struggle today. I have been through a whole gambit of emotions. I've felt depressed, frustrated, angry...you name it. I don't know what to do with myself. I work part time and I must say that while I was at work I never once thought about smoking. But as soon as I walked in the front door - BAM - there it was again. I feel sorry for my family right now. I've been very snappy with them. I know it will get better...I just wish that miserable Nicodemon would leave me alone. Just wanted to vent! You are doing great. Day 3 was so hard for me too. I felt crazy, up,down,here,there. The best thing to do is to take care of yourself. Note it is temporary, tommorrow is a new day. Beleave me you will have plenty of time to make all necersary appoligies. Just stay quit so when you say sorry, you know you will never have to do it again. Good luck to you. You can do it.

Jan58 you now have more time on your hands, when you smoked say 12 cigarettes a day at 10 minutes each that's 2 hours wasted in smoke. Now you have all that time on your hands, fill that time with some you time, something you enjoy. It does get better :)Marie
