I had a baaad fight yesterday with dad....
I just learned not to pay too much attention anymore....
i went out for coffee with some friends..we were 5 (4non-1smoker)and he just sat next to me. With Marlboro Red...yuch..
And it smelled SOOOO bad.. so i moved to another seat. Then i went to my friend. She smoked...again.... this time i noticed but only because it was making me feel sick. And didn't want the smell on my hair..my clothes..am i being weird???
Tonight i will go to my doctor...Let's see how he can help a little more...
Have a great week my Friends.

Not wierd at all, Kate. Congratulations, no cravings, just disgust. That's how I feel when I smell the smoke on my hubby. Its just plain gross. It really strengthens my quit.

Good morning, Kate!
Sorry to hear that you had a disagreement with your dad, but was glad to hear you had a smoke-free weekend! Those 33 days sure look good on you! ;)
Kate,
Not weird at all. You're experiencing what everyone non-smoker has for years.
Glad to hear you made it through a stressful time smoke free! Congratulations! You deserve a reward for handling the situation so well.
Danielle

Sorry to hear your friend smoked again. But you didn't and that is great! :) And you are most definitely not weird for not wanting the smell (stink) on you. That is a great attitude to have.
I hope the doctor will get your problems fixed.
Keep up the great quit, Kate. You're doing wonderful. Congrats on 33 smoke-free days.
