I hope you slept well and all is well at home. Stay strong Gonnadoit! Deep breathes and realize that no matter what, we are all going to have that "something" going on in our lives, that we could use as an excuse to keep smoking. Tell your hubby and reinforce to yourself to tell the "junkie" to go take a hike as you're done listenin to his lies. He makes it worse, not better. ;) Smoking IS bad for you... PrincessC :) x

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPssssssssssssss... Uh oh, I spoke too soon! After the company left and I cleaned the house and myself up, hubby came home from work and I was so looking forward to a relaxing evening with him and the two remaining kids (who went off to bed). Then it happened....the 19 yr old calls. Boyfriend was drunk and shoved her out of the car. She's on the rampage and going to leave him (again???) Hubby just left to go pick her up...he's going to bring her HERE. There goes the stress level^^^^^^^^^^^^. I am going to bed, and hopefully will sleep until tomorrow. But I bet she will come in loud and boisterous and wake the whole damn house. Sure hope hubby doesn't run into him. Hubby (the SUCCESSFUL quitter) Is currently having the 100 day "itch" and not a happy camper.. :8o: Going to bed, fill ya in on the horrors tomorrow!

Everybody is still smoke free and well, I am happy to report. Not as bad as I envisioned it would be. Hope things remain peaceful. Thanks for your concerns and well wishes!

The last of the company just left. WHEW!!! Thay started arriving about 10. Most everyone went swimming in the pool while I finished up. Baked beans, pasta salad, chips, cupcakes, watermelon, hamburgers, hotdogs, ribs and chicken,... Hubby escaped all the hoopla by working today! :( NE ways, they all just left, my kitchen is clean and the pool area picked up and I did not find one dead body!!! :) There was not even any harsh words--will wonders never cease???? Of course, the 19 year old did not come, so that explains a lot... :confuse: Can't stay on long. Gotta work early in the am and now gotta take a shower to get this smoke smell off of me before hubby comes home from work. You sure are a suspicious bunch!!! LOL Smoke from the grill, you silly goose! ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/23/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 12 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 638 Amount Saved: $96 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 7 Mins: 29 Seconds: 29
