Sparky
This is my first post for anything, i joined up because i was looking for a way to quit, everyone is right by saying "when you are sick of smoking you will quit" the question is are you sick of it yet? I still have cravings 72 days into it, but i fight through each one, the only time i get a strong one is stressful times, but now i find other things to do. but i do not think that is what you want to hear, right now, if you have not had a cig in 2 days, you feel just like the first post wrote that you need to cry,be angry, find someone just to be mean to, spit fire, cry somemore, whatch a movie that makes you cry laugh and be angry, then smile at the end of the 8-10hour day and say I DID IT!!!!! smell something, taste something, then find what will help you through the next five minutes, 20 minutes, 60 minutes half a day, a full 24 hours, and stick with that, i checked back in with my glove compartment in a week and saw 7 days w/o saved$$$ 11.75, that kept me going. now i look at it and smile real big a go buy me something with that money. keep trying and fight through the ugliness we all have been through, the best is the breathe you take that you can actually taste the trees, flowers, the air. stay strong i think everyone here is pulling for you
