Since Aug 20 2005, I quit 4 months, then again 2 months and again and again! This time I started 1 months ago, sneaking, hiding.. being a lier!
I am back today to do it right! I learned that at any family function, I look for the cigs! I learned this is what I need to admit to myself, family makes me nutts! The drama there is NOT mine!
Ok, so here I am. I realize no 1 cig or I am smoking again!!! I am not special and 1 cig WILL put me back where I so much want to forget.
Thanks for listening!
Hi Lashes,
Well, 4 months quit is a big accomplishment. What made you decide to smoke that first cig? Have you done the online program here? Be prepared to handle the cravings and you will do great this time. From your post, sounds like you have the desire to quit. To stop sneaking cigs, stealing cigs so you can hide and smoke. I know, I've done it all too. We have to be honest with ourselves. Get that quit meter going and jump in. Stay strong
