Please don't feel badly about posting your program's name. Its great to know that you are getting help that is actually helping you! I think that most of us paid more attention to the type of program you are involved in, rather than the name, we also know that you are trying to help and share experiences.
It would be a bit of a nightmare if this site became a forum for advertisement, as many have. Which is why all of us should refrain from specific information and names in the future. Therefore, we will all learn from this "incident."
By the way, I live in a different country than you, and have never even heard of the guy you were talking about, so rest assured, he will not be receiving any business over here as a result of your posting. :p
