Hee hee, when i was a smoker i used to say "No one likes a quitter".
and lookit me, referring to myself as a non-smoker already! Like i've got this in the bag on day 2! hahaha!
Thanks for the replies everyone!
As day one comes to an end I can honestly say that I haven't gotten this much exercise or drank this much bloody water in A LONG TIME! It's been great, I feel awesome and the dog is getting tons of walks! The headache is ever present but I am hoping that this will subside soon.
Looking forward to Thursdays with the Waist Watchers!
Thank you everyone!
Keep going Scara
Remember my motto
There are no reasons for stopping your quit only excuses!
