DON'T DO IT!!!!! Do some deep breathing.....YELL....SCREAM....PUNCH SOMETHING, just don't smoke. Take some time alone just for YOU. You can do this....you can get through this WITHOUT a cigarette, what will you gain if you have a one.....NOTHING....absolutely NOTHING. You are so far into your quit....please, please do anything BUT smoke. I look up to all of you that are ahead of me and you give me faith and inspiration. Come on Mookie, we can do this, we can get through this together, YES we can.....just don't SMOKE. Dear Mookie AWESOME job on coming here rather then smoking. Kick, scream, rant, rave, cry. But don't smoke. All those actions are new to most of us Xsmokers because we dealt by smoking. Did smoking ever once fix the problem? If you are going through a crisis, stick close by this weekend. Sometimes it is quiet around here weekends and may take a few to get a reply, but post and read old posts. I am proud of you for knowing to come here. Hang in there. MOOKIE Keep on keeping on. What you have been doing to not smoke for the past 56 days has worked. Keep on doing exactly that. Money, pressure, crisis, pleasure whatever it is will not change if you smoke. What will change is your self image and how you believe in yourself and you knbow you can believe in the last 56 days. DON'T Smoke, just don't smoke. Deal with the pressure and the crisis however you can without lighting a smoke and you will be doing great. Stay Strong - Stay Quit you really don't want to start this all over. Very bad pressure day. Financial crisis to deal with and feel like I'm drowning here. I know smoking will not change the situation but Nico demon is trying to get in make me feel better. Also will soon be surrounded by other heavy duty smokers. My partner is waiting for me outside right now (while she is smoking a cig) so we can go for a walk. I have told her of my very bad craving and she has been very supportive in telling me to go post. Although posting is somewhat making me feel better, I still want to light up. Taking big breaths. I only have a couple of hours before I have to come to terms with a major money issue so I will be back after my walk. I must hang on!!!!!!! Noon Many thanks for all the replies. I do feel stronger now. Still taking big breaths. The walk felt good even with the heat. Gonna take a nice cool shower and go to my appt. Not looking forward to what is ahead but life will go on. No matter how many times I get knocked down.....I find a way to get back up!!!! I'm a person with a half full rather than half empty glass and my strength and belief in myself and my faith will get me thru this as well. I may not get the chance to post again for a week or so as I'm expecting to have to go out of town. Hope things will work out but if not........well I'll keep trying. Thanks again everyone!!!!!!! Mookie.. don't give up now! You've come too far. You may want to smoke but you don't chose to and that is what is important. You are a quitter now and quitters don't smoke no matter what happens. You can handle things without that cigarette. Smoking will not make anything better anyway. You know that by now. Hang in there and stick to the site if you need to. This will pass and you will be a stronger person because of it. Mookie, How was your walk! Your right smoking will not help and it will add to your financial stress. You can do this and we can help, keep using those distractions to push you forward :) Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
