Oh, Cody, this is such wonderful news. I am so glad you persisted.I will go back and look at what was posted, and see if there is anything I can add to help you along, and maybe increase the scope of your techniques. Look for new posts on relaxation. Red :)

I had my doubts about Reds suggestions working, and at first they didn't. But I was persistant all last week, and I think by the end of the week, it was making a bit of a difference. I probably have a long way to go, and perhaps, with the better I get at the relaxation, along with some suggestions/help I hope to get from my doctor, things can be better. You can't believe how excited I am about this prospect! I must thank everyone for the help!
