Hi all, Well, its been 52 days and figured I would give progress report. Man, its been tough!! Day 33, lit a cigarette, took three puffs and felt like I let myself down and that I was weak. Yes, put it out after couple drags, drove on and forgave myself. There has been some serious up and downs and my wife is still putting up with me. Bless her heart because I have been a grumpy SOB. Its defiantly getting better though except for the gas, constipation and sleep lose. You know what though? Im still smoke free. I know I dont post much, but I do read allot of your posts and they help so much. Thank you all. Mac, Congrats on 50 days, I didn't hear about a reward? You deserve this, so pick one and get at it! Take the you time you deserve and relax yourself. Relaxation techniques before bed will help you ease into sleep and start you fresh for the next day! Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
