Green Tea (If I'm having a bad day......I HAVE to have one....soothes the nevers)...morning workouts (when I can), bottle water, mandarine oranges, grapes, cinnamon gum, sour candies and I'm still pretty attached to my remote control and my blanket! In the first week and a half i had my peppermints. I would pop it under my tounge when i felt the urge. My rewards are what i strive for. This is what i hold in my tool chest. The more money i see i have saved and the amount of life i have added is incentive enough for me. :) I choose to live :) PrincessC x My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/11/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 26 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 620 Amount Saved: $265.2 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 4 Mins: 7 Seconds: 31

Princess I choose to live as well. I have seen too many people die from wasting and cancers. I want something real different for myself. Tools: I carry a pocket mirror and can see how clean my teeth are. I Swim 5 days a week for at least an hour and usually swim 1200 metres. I go shopping a lot more than I ever did when I smoked.
