Green Tea (If I'm having a bad day......I HAVE to have one....soothes the nevers)...morning workouts (when I can), bottle water, mandarine oranges, grapes, cinnamon gum, sour candies and I'm still pretty attached to my remote control and my blanket!

In the first week and a half i had my peppermints. I would pop it under my tounge when i felt the urge.
My rewards are what i strive for. This is what i hold in my tool chest. The more money i see i have saved and the amount of life i have added is incentive enough for me. :)
I choose to live :)

Princess I choose to live as well. I have seen too many people die from wasting and cancers. I want something real different for myself.
Tools: I carry a pocket mirror and can see how clean my teeth are. I Swim 5 days a week for at least an hour and usually swim 1200 metres. I go shopping a lot more than I ever did when I smoked.
