I still get the sensation that I am hurrying so I can smoke a cig in the car. I don't know when that will go away. I think the truth is I am hurrying because I don't want to be there anyways but it feels like it is to smoke.
I still, after two months, often have the feeling like "ok, not it's time to smoke" and I don't know if or when that will ever stop. I have that feeling anytime I go over to my moms house for sure because even when I was quit before, if I was going to slip it would be at her house. Now, she doesn't even smoke anymore, and I don't see that as an option, but I still have that sensation.
I don't think of it as a crave or even a smoking thought, but it's just a sense.
Love,
Mama
