At the pesent ime I am reading a book I borrowed from the library of my PhD. "I Can't Get Over It" , A Handbook for Trauma Survivors SE, by Aphrodite Matsakis, PhD She is a specialist in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. I have tht also from a car accident that about did me in. I haven't read much, but I like what I am reading,a nd Iam going to order it for my permanent collection. I have 2 workbooks on Panic and PSSD, that you may really be inteested in. Red
