Hello Cinda, Just remember, if You feel a tad of stress coming on, or that urge or craving, take off on a long walk, its such a great pressure release, or at least I found it to be, But don't be afraid to reward Yourself every 3 or 4 day's during Your early quit, Golly Gee, I did, I had a big black marking pencil, and had a calendar here in my computer room, and I was X-ing those days off every day, O'Yeow I was, For I was so proud of myself that I though at one time was an impossible thing for me to achieve, pack and a half aday, for 40 years, Vegas would not have gave me very good odds, But You have to Believe in Yourself, That's the bottom line,
Congrats on those 7 days, For You do deserve a big HUG Friend, Don't never give up, Smokeless In Oklahoma :)
