i'm feeling better today. I had a serious, long talk with myself yesterday and i convinced me that i don't deserve to be like this. I spoke with a friend(the one that i visited in the beginning of my vacation and she is not smoking)and she said,i bet you started smoking again since you're in such a bad mood! And i said,no i don't smoke!! and she was so happy and so proud and just told me,GREAT,DON'T DO IT.DON'T START AGAIN.YOU'RE DOING A GREAT THING TO YOURSELF! so...i went to the gym...visited some friends (my best friend who smokes)we were watching a movie..and it was the first time, that when she lit one up,i didn't even notice.I'm not sure how many she smoked-2,3during the evening?-but i had no urge to "make her company".I didn't even notice that she was smoking to be honest!!! And i returned home free!fresh!happy! My 4th week started and i hope it will be easier! Thank you All again for your support! Nice test when you spent the evening with a smoker. I am not sure I had that resolve at that stage in my success. You are to be congratulated for what you have done. Keep it up...a better and healthier life is just beginning. Congratulations Kate, you are doing so well. Please try to remember this which I posted yesterday, it may help you. Generally, people are as happy as they choose to be. So "if you want to be happy, be" - it's a choice and it's YOUR choice. Good Luck Penitent d849
