Yes keep healing us, please. I was thinking about the thought of smoking today as wife and I do our 1 hour hike. Not short of breath and loads of energy as I approach age 56. I need to see my quit meter because I haven't a clue any more so I may show. I love my life Age 55 going on 40! Not a problem and guess? I am free and how about you my friends?

I don't keep an eye on my quit meter any longer either! Friends always let me know when I am celebrating a milestone :)

That's so true about having to look at quit meter to see how many days. I notice I have a lot more money in my checking it seems to build up. My quit meter doesn't show the right amount I saved cuz I bought carton at chep (Sort of) wherehouse prices or bought online so wasn't sure how much I spent. Now tax may go up $2'60 a pack so sure glad I quit. judy

In a post many, many moons ago I declared myself to be 47 going on 23; all as a result of quitting smoking and following a fitness regime. Never thought I could get back there but I did!
Well, today I am 49, and I'm still going on 23! How about that? You can't beat it!
