Thanks so much guys. I feel the patch is starting to wear off just a bit. God I hope I don't feel like I felt yesterday when I 'tried' to quit smoking. But I don't think so. If worse comes to worse, I could always go to bed early. gonnadoit. My husband is the best thing that ever could have happened to me. Today he brought me a bunch of purple flowers he ripped off from the forest when he was walking the dog. lol.

I smoked my spposedly last cigarette last night. My husband got up early and bought me the step one patches. Suprisingly I feel ok so far. Missing the taste a little but not a huge deal. I think i'm going to miss drinking more once a few days pass. I'm trying to quit drinking at the same time. I was a borderline alcoholic. Wish me luck.
