Just wanted to wish everyone a good week-end. We are going out of town tomorrow and won't be back until late Tuesday. I will be checking in when I can. Cookies (lots of them) have been baked and packed for the trip. Patches packed and special readings. I feel pretty safe on this trip. My daughter doesn't smoke and my husband quit 3 and half years ago. So I will be around none smokers, special ones - my grandsons :) That in itself is enough to say smoke free. Today went pretty well. I did have a couple craves, but not enough to throw the towel in. Just doing this a day at a time. ((((HUGS TO EVERYONE))))) YOUR ARE ALL THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!
