Deep breaths Kate. Take one step at a time. Yes, it is hard but you can do it. Take a couple of deep breaths, get up and go for a walk to the restroom or to get a drink of water. It gives your mind a chance to clear. You are doing great and you are fighting your way to freedom. You will get there. All you have to do is keep going.
Go for a quick little walk. It will do wonders for you. :)

Kate,
Hang in there and plan something for your 50 days smoke free! Friends and fun or you and relaxing. Give yourself goal to reach and see each day as a fresh day. Of course crawl under those covers when possible :)
Keep Strong,
Josie
