Dear Cobenfan, Your post was very upliftting, yet a tiny bit discouraging. I have talked to other former smokers in the past, who have admitted to how difficult it was, but after sometime, they "seem" to have it licked. I guess what I'm trying to say, the idea of it always being this hard is very frustrating. Will it ever get easier? Or are we stuck with this anxiety forever? feeling blue, Sous P.S. I have just started my toolbox, I don't know how to show my milage.any pointers for a computer dummie?
