Ter, The nicotine is out of your system in about 3 days, but please be aware that that doesn't mean that it's all easy after 3 days. My toughest day when I first quit was day 10. Many people think that the battle is over after 3 days, when in reality, it is only beginning. The REAL battle is the mental one that takes place once the nicotine is gone. BUT, the freedom is worth it! So hang in there! Crave the Quit! It takes approx 3 days for nicotine to leave your body. But doubt your body flushes out all of the other 4,000+ chemicals in 3 days. While the physical addiction will be gone, it is the mental addiction that you will need to prepare for. Gain all the knowledge you can because knowledge is power. It will give you all the power you need to kick this addiction to the curb, so that you can get on with your smoke free life. The Freedom of a drug/smoke free life is unparalleled. Ter, Nicotine will usually leave your system after about 3 days. Every quit is different, so you may experience more of less days of the nicotine leaving the body. You body is healing and this is important, use lots of water to flush those toxins out :) Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
