Good morning all, Last night I had the urge for just one cigaret. I'm smokefree for almost 12 weeks now and I didn't have many problems in the beginning. I live alone in The Netherlands but I have a boyfriend who lives in Florida Usa. We see eachother a few times a year. I have smoked for almost 35 years and now I think I'm a non-smoker. My nextdoor neighbour is also my best friend but she smokes one after the other. Most of the time I act as if I don't care that she smokes but last night I was ready to steel her cigaret. I didn't do it thought, I just left and went to bed early. This morning I read what you all wrote and that helped me. Thank you all. Love, Josephine :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/1/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 83 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,077 Amount Saved: 244.85 Life Gained: Days: 11 Hrs: 10 Mins: 23 Seconds: 2

way to go! Your overcame a major obstacle with your friend. Maybe you need to talk on the phone for a while so you don't have to see the cigs all the time. Take it easy on yourself. wonderful 12 smoke free weeks; congratulations on this achievement.
