Hi ex, Good for you ,all the reasons you mentioned not to smoke, it's so true, it seems shameful to smoke now. That's so great Ex! I loved reading your post because my hubby and I just came back from San Fran (our first time), and I know what you mean. I was still smoking when I was there, and I really doubt I could've done that ride, although hubby wanted to. And I was always standing out in front of the hotel getting my fix in the morning and at nite. 44 days is amazing, keep it up! I'm not far behind you! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/7/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 31 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 628 Amount Saved: $147.25 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 15 Mins: 22 Seconds: 20

Ex-slave, That's a great idea! Now that you've quit, not only do you have more time on a daily basis, you'll also have more time added to your smoke free life to live out those dreams! Go for it! Danielle ________________________ The SSC Support Team

ex-slave - The truth, for all of us, is we are and have been (past) doing the very best we can and could. Wrap yourself in your own love and compassion when you look back at those days and those situations. What would you say to your best friend if she were looking back in this way. And after we honour our feelings (sad that we made those choices perhaps?) -we move forward investing in our commitment to ourself. Forgiving ourselves is an amazing and powerful lesson, dear one. We really did the best we could do - and now we have today:) Love and Blessings- Healer My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 125 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,398 Amount Saved: $581.25 Life Gained: Days: 16 Hrs: 7 Mins: 9 Seconds: 44
