I see so many of you being really quite successful with your quit. Anything over two weeks you get a gold star. I also see there are quite a few new people that have just begun their journey. Keep up the good work. With time it just gets easier, and easier and easier... Soon enought it will be crossing your mind less and less and less. And you will be feeling better and better and better about yourself each passing minute, hour, day, week and month. It is just a matter of time, and that is one of the many benefits of not smoking, it is a matter of time. Think success and you shall be successful! The quality of life as an ex / non-smoker is non-comparable.. ex / non-smokers don't need to satisfy nicotine addiction. A smoker can never satisfy thoe cravings for that 'next cigarette'. As smokers we needed more & more nicotine in our system. I'm the first to admit that i would have smoked every second of the day if i could. How stupid is that.
