Okay today is day 4... the stupid craving seems stronger this am than it has the past 3 days. So I grabbed a straw, and came here. My husband is encouraging me this am, and saying how do you feel. Well the little wheeze I had is gone, and he says I am not coughing. But he!! I am trying to bash this little nicodemon. I am visualizing me chasing him around with the fly swatter. I grabbed a straw and came here. Well after reading the new post on "brown crud" I think I am getting a grip. I just grabbed a Listermint melt under you tongue thingy.. sorry for the ramble..... ok think i am coming down the other side now... Thanks everyone. Dawghouse, Yes we are almost done with hell week. YIPPEE. I am ready. Yesterday was actully the worst for me. Today I just feel like doing nothing. In fact my 4 yr old had to peel me out of bed this morning. Good luck to you. Good to here your hubby has gotten on the support waggon. Mine is still a smoker, Although last night he was looking at me real envous. Or it could have been like I was nuts. Got all this nervous energy last night. I could not relax so I cleaned out 2 closets and organized my picture shelf. Anyway, I was productive and did not smoke. Grace
