Are you taking the welbutrin after 3pm? If so, try taking your second pill around 2pm and see if that helps. Sometimes Welbutrin can keep you up at night if taken late in the day. I wouldn't take Tylenol PM unless you're having headaches or muscles pains. Tylenol PM is just Tylenol (acetaminophen) with Bendaryl (diphenhydramine) added to it. It's designed to be used for pain and sleeplessness..like back pain or migraine headaches where you are in so much pain you can't sleep. If you need help sleeping, and non-medicinal techniques like warm milk or a bath aren't helping, then I would just try the Benadryl alone. If it continues to be a problem I would see a doctor. No problem ex-slave, I figured you were probably taking it late in the day. Taking it earlier in the day will help a lot with your sleepless nights. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/1/2006 Smoke-Free Days: -20 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 0 Amount Saved: $0 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 0 Mins: 0 Seconds: 0

Ambien works great. You need to make sure you have a good 8 hours to sleep and you are not groggy in the morning. One thing is you need your doctor to write you a script for it. Navigator. Hot bath before bed.. reading a book, magazine in bed.. low light. Watching something boring on tv (although scrap that I keep leaving the tv on and my daughter storms in at 4am when the adverts come on LOUD during Big Brother, when they are all asleep) and I have fallen asleep with tv on.. What quitting aid are you using? I know that zyban causes insomnia.

Tylenol PM has the same active ingredient as benedril (sp?) so you would probly react the same way as you do to that, or if you have benedril handy, you can just use that too. When I was cold turkey, I had a horrible problem with sleeping, but now that I am on the patches, I don't seem to have that particular problem. I agree, but I have not found someone that really knew what they were talking about. I read and read, but there are so many natural products it seems overwhelming. I shop for all our food at a health food store and have bought natural remedies that are suggested from the herbalist ... they have not worked, it was a waste of money. You are the only person that has suggested natural remedies that have actually worked. Could you suggest a good book on herbs/products or something? Hi ex, I had a similar problem. Sleep was a complete nightmare for a few nights but then went back to normal - actually better than before. Now I find that I need less sleep at night and getting out of bed is a lot easier! Cheers alison :) Kick the Herb to the Kerb My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/16/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 36 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,086 Amount Saved: $450 Life Gained: Days: 5 Hrs: 3 Mins: 16 Seconds: 44
