Like you, I am rejoicing in having not smoked for 24 hours. The only difference in you and I is that I have been able to string 1,661 of those time periods together. You can too. You just gotta believe. You see, it is simple...if you work at it smart enough. What is smart enough...the above just above me here...build and use a great bag of coping tools, learn all you can about the Dangers of Smoking, utilize the built in info on the left of this page, etc. I wish you the warmest of compliments and will walk with you through this journey...which reminds me, complete the 6 Mile Journey on the left as soon as possible. Failure to do so will be fool hearty on your part. Good luck, Lindsey My Milage: My Quit Date: 9/10/2001 Smoke-Free Days: 1662 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 99,743 Amount Saved: $16620 Life Gained: Days: 343 Hrs: 0 Mins: 18 Seconds: 13
