I find my number one thing i do when i feel like a smoke is go to the fridge....before i quit i loaded up with apples,oranges,celery,cut up green peppers...because i didnt want to be a fat non-smoker..i head to the fridge about 10 times a night to grab something....my theory is i'm the one who quitting.deal with the other smokers around.....
